How Marblism Helps Me Protect My Energy: Dan Hirsch on Rachel and Eva

Why I am recommending Marblism

At StagPro, we are always looking for practical solutions that help disabled people overcome barriers and use their time and energy in ways that work for them.

That search is personal for me. I live with c-PTSD, ME/CFS, PoTS, dyslexia and ADHD. I also live with chronic pain from a recurring dislocating knee. These conditions affect my energy, concentration, mobility and ability to manage interruptions.

I previously thought Microsoft Copilot was amazing. Marblism feels like it goes much further than standard AI chat. Instead of giving me a general-purpose chat window, it provides specialised AI employees that can support calls, email, diary management and administration. If you want to explore Marblism, you can use Dan’s referral link for lifetime 10% off.

That difference matters when the barrier is not knowing what to do. The barrier may be having enough energy to do it at the right moment.

Marblism is not a replacement for human support or professional care. It is a practical tool that can help reduce cognitive load and protect attention. My experience will not be universal, but I genuinely recommend exploring it if fluctuating energy, fatigue, pain, interruptions or administration affect your day.

Rachel helps protect focused time

Rachel is Marblism’s AI receptionist. According to Marblism’s official Rachel information, she can answer calls, capture information and support appointment handling.

The most valuable use case for me is the ability to avoid an immediate conversation when I am not able to have one.

A neurodivergent person may be focusing deeply on an important task. A person with chronic illness may be experiencing fatigue, pain, brain fog or sensory overload. Sometimes a call from a doctor, hospital, family member, carer, employer or other important contact is necessary, but speaking at that precise moment is not manageable.

Rachel can provide a buffer.

In a suitable configuration, calls can be answered and messages can be recorded for later review. This means I can choose when to process the information. I am not forced to switch tasks immediately because the phone rings.

The exchange is simple:

Dan: “Rachel, please don’t disturb me right now.”
Rachel: “Of course. I’ll take your calls and messages and keep them here for when you’re ready.”

That is a small change in process. The effect can be significant. It separates receiving information from responding to it.

I can finish a task, rest, manage symptoms or wait until my concentration returns. I can then review the message when I have the capacity to decide what needs to happen next.

Rachel may also be useful in the workplace. She could help manage a dedicated business number, capture enquiries or reduce avoidable interruptions. For someone who experiences phone-related anxiety, auditory processing difficulties or fluctuating energy, structured call handling may support more consistent participation.

Rachel is not an emergency service. She should not be relied on to identify or manage emergencies. Users need to configure urgent-call handling carefully and make sure important contacts know how to reach them through the appropriate route. Always consider whether a call should be transferred, escalated or answered directly.

Eva reduces email and diary administration

Eva is Marblism’s AI executive assistant. Marblism describes her as supporting email, calendars and meeting notes through its official Eva information.

For me, the value is not simply that Eva can make calendar entries. It is that she helps turn a collection of demands into a clearer view of the day.

I can put hospital appointments into my calendar and use that information to plan around them. I can see where recovery time may be needed. I can identify clashes before they become problems. I can protect space for rest, preparation and follow-up.

This supports pacing. It does not remove the need to listen to my body or follow medical advice. It gives me better information so I can make more realistic decisions about my time and energy.

Eva can also help reduce the effort involved in managing an inbox. She can read incoming emails, categorise them and archive spam or low-priority messages. For messages that need a response, she can proactively prepare a draft.

The important point is that I remain in control. I can review the original email and the proposed reply before deciding whether to edit, send or discard it.

The experience can be summarised like this:

Eva: “I’ve categorised your emails and drafted replies for the ones that need a response.”

That removes several decisions from the first stage of inbox management. I do not have to work out which messages are important, remember every action or begin every reply from a blank page.

The system supports my judgement. It does not replace it.

Useful at home and at work

The same support can be relevant in personal life and in the workplace.

At home, Marblism may help someone manage medical appointments, family calls, care arrangements, household administration and messages from important contacts. It may create more space for rest and reduce the pressure to respond immediately.

At work, it may help someone manage meetings, emails, calls, follow-up actions and competing demands. It could form part of a wider support plan or workplace adjustment for someone managing chronic illness, neurodivergence, pain, fatigue or cognitive overload.

It is not a universal solution. An effective workplace adjustment must reflect the individual, the role and the organisation’s responsibilities. It may also require discussion with HR, IT, information security, data protection and line management.

At StagPro, our THRIVE workplace adjustment platform helps organisations manage workplace adjustments with clearer processes, guidance and accountability. A tool such as Marblism could be considered alongside other support where it is appropriate, authorised and useful to the individual.

The starting point should always be the barrier. The question is not whether someone should simply work harder or respond faster. The question is what would help them participate effectively and sustainably.

A note about work accounts and business data

Workplace warning: If you intend to use Marblism with work phone numbers, email accounts, calendars, client information, patient information or other business data, get permission first from the relevant employer, IT, security, data protection, line-management or governance teams. Follow your organisation’s policies and approval processes. Separate personal and work use where appropriate.

This is particularly important when an AI system may access messages, calendars, calls or contact information. Personal convenience does not override confidentiality, data protection duties or organisational controls.

Do not connect a work account simply because the integration is technically available. Confirm that the proposed use is permitted and that the right safeguards are in place.

Security and privacy information

Marblism publishes security and privacy information in its Trust Center.

According to Marblism’s published information, its controls include:

  • TLS 1.2 or higher for data in transit.
  • AES-256 encryption at rest.
  • Workspace isolation across application, database, queue and storage layers.
  • Encrypted OAuth tokens stored separately from customer content.
  • Staff single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.
  • Short-lived credentials for production access.
  • Audit logging, centralised monitoring and an on-call process.
  • Annual third-party penetration testing.
  • Export of customer data on request.
  • Deletion of workspace content within 30 days after deactivation, subject to legally required retention.
  • A commitment that customer data is not used to train Marblism models or third-party models.

These are claims published by Marblism. They are not an independent StagPro certification, assessment or guarantee.

Before connecting any account, review Marblism’s current Trust Center, privacy policy and terms of service. Check the current details, integrations, permissions, retention arrangements and approval requirements for your intended use.

Feedback that turns into progress

I met with the Marblism team on 14 August 2026. I was impressed by how quickly and constructively the organisation listened to feedback and began working on it.

That matters to me as a user. Accessibility is not achieved by making one decision and never revisiting it. Useful products improve when people can explain what creates a barrier and the organisation responds thoughtfully.

It is exciting to see a product developing in this way. I am interested in how Marblism continues to refine the experience for people who need support with interruptions, communication and administration.

My recommendation

My lived experience gives me a first-hand perspective on the value of reducing unnecessary demands. I know what it is like to have an important call arrive when speaking feels impossible. I know what it is like to open an inbox and find that the administration itself has become the task.

Rachel and Eva help create a little distance between the demand and my response.

Rachel can help hold calls and messages until I am ready to review them. Eva can organise emails, prepare drafts and give me a clearer view of my diary. Together, they support planning, pacing and more deliberate decisions.

I genuinely recommend Marblism as a useful piece of technology for personal life and, where properly approved, the workplace. If you decide to sign up, you can use Dan’s official Marblism referral link for lifetime 10% off.
